ROOMS BOOKING

I. Booking Requirements:

• • Rooms will not be allotted to single person(as per police instructions) Such bookings will be cancelled and amount will not be refunded
  • Online booking opens 7 days before check-in and closes 2 days prior.
  • Booking is restricted to individuals 18 years or older.
  • Two rooms maximum per booking.
  • Room bookings are valid for 24 hours only starting at the chosen check-in time.
  • Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and non-modifiable.

II. Check-in and Confirmation:

• • Check-in is between 7 AM and 9 PM. Choose your preferred time during booking.
  • 1-hour extension permitted in case of emergencies. Booking lapses after 2 hours of delay. No check-in after midnight.
  • Show the printed confirmation copy/SMS and valid ID at the booked building to claim your room.
  • Booking details and ID must match the pilgrim claiming the room.

III. Payment and Security:

• • A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
  • Guest house is not responsible for unforeseen damage, loss, or accidents during your stay.

IV. Cancellation and Refunds:

• • Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before check-in. 50% refund within 20 working days. Online cancellation is unavailable within 48 hours of check-in.
  • Valid ID is required for married couples to claim joint bookings.

V. Additional Notes:

• • The guest house reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or illegal activity.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Management has the final say on all refund claims.
  • The guest house does not provide Darshan arrangements.

Prohibited Activities:

• • Alcohol & Non-Vegetarian Food: The consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the rooms and temple premises. This helps maintain a sacred and harmonious environment.
  • Smoking & Explosives: Smoking and carrying any explosive materials are prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Marriages & Events: While we're happy to offer accommodation, the guesthouse is not intended for celebrations. Marriages, functions, events, parties, or other rituals are prohibited within the rooms or premises.
  • Photography & Videography: To preserve the privacy and sanctity of the space, photography and videography within the guesthouse premises are not allowed.
  • Cooking: Due to safety regulations and limited facilities, cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Essentials:

• • AC Rooms: Blankets are provided only for AC rooms. Please inquire at the reception if needed.
  • Bathroom Amenities: For your convenience, towels and soap are not provided in the rooms. Feel free to bring your own or purchase them at the nearby store.

Additional Information:

• • Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed within the guest house.
  • Room Service: Currently, room service is not available. We appreciate your understanding.
