In the heart of Karnataka, nestled amidst the echoes of ancient spirituality, thrives the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (R.). Founded in 1973, it is an educational beacon emanating from the sacred grounds of the Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math, a religious institution deeply committed to preserving and propagating India’s rich heritage. This “Dharampeetha,” a seat of righteousness, stands tall 105 kilometers west of Bangalore, its spirit reaching far and wide, striving for universal brotherhood and global peace.

Guided by the present pontiff, Sri Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanatha Mahaswamiji, the Trust’s mission is etched in a noble vision: to advance the cause of education and diffuse knowledge without prejudice, nurturing minds and hearts across all castes and creeds. This noble pursuit began with a handful of institutions – Ganadharaeswara Anathalaya, Gurukula Madyamikasala, and Kalabyraveswara Samskritha Patashala – each one meticulously tending to the academic and spiritual needs of its students. But the Trust’s ambition extended beyond existing walls. It envisioned rural colleges, opening doors of opportunity for students, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. Offering free boarding and lodging, libraries, and playgrounds, the Trust fosters a holistic learning environment. Its benevolent hand further reaches out through scholarships and loans, supporting students throughout their educational journeys.

Not confined to classrooms, the Trust’s compassion overflows into healthcare. Hospitals and dispensaries sprout across the region, offering solace and healing to those in need. It is a tapestry woven with threads of education, spirituality, and social service, each strand strengthening the other, creating a vibrant community of empowered individuals.

Under the divine guidance of His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharanatha Mahaswamiji, the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust has blossomed into a sprawling oasis of education, impacting countless lives across India and beyond.

In 1974, when His Holiness assumed the mantle as the 71st spiritual head of the Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math at a young age, he envisioned a future where knowledge, like life-giving water, would reach even the remotest corners. Driven by this vision, Swamiji’s leadership transformed the Math into a formidable force for social upliftment. His focus on the fundamental needs of Anna (Food), Akshara (Education), and Arogya (Health) birthed a vast network of over 400 educational institutions, quenching the thirst for knowledge in thousands, particularly those from rural communities.

Today, over 125,000 students, representing diverse sections of society, find their classrooms under the wings of the Trust. From playful pre-schoolers to ambitious professionals, the Trust nurtures dreams across every stage of learning. Remarkably, 10,000 students receive the gift of free education, testament to Swamiji’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity.

ROOMS BOOKING

I. Booking Requirements:

    • Rooms will not be allotted to single person(as per police instructions) Such bookings will be cancelled and amount will not be refunded
    • Online booking opens 7 days before check-in and closes 2 days prior.
    • Booking is restricted to individuals 18 years or older.
    • Two rooms maximum per booking.
    • Room bookings are valid for 24 hours only starting at the chosen check-in time.
    • Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and non-modifiable.

II. Check-in and Confirmation:

    • Check-in is between 7 AM and 9 PM. Choose your preferred time during booking.
    • 1-hour extension permitted in case of emergencies. Booking lapses after 2 hours of delay. No check-in after midnight.
    • Show the printed confirmation copy/SMS and valid ID at the booked building to claim your room.
    • Booking details and ID must match the pilgrim claiming the room.

III. Payment and Security:

    • A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
    • Guest house is not responsible for unforeseen damage, loss, or accidents during your stay.

IV. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before check-in. 50% refund within 20 working days. Online cancellation is unavailable within 48 hours of check-in.
    • Valid ID is required for married couples to claim joint bookings.

V. Additional Notes:

    • The guest house reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or illegal activity.
    • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
    • Management has the final say on all refund claims.
    • The guest house does not provide Darshan arrangements.

Welcome to our peaceful temple guesthouse! To ensure a serene and respectful atmosphere for all visitors, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Prohibited Activities:

    • Alcohol & Non-Vegetarian Food: The consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited within the rooms and temple premises. This helps maintain a sacred and harmonious environment.
    • Smoking & Explosives: Smoking and carrying any explosive materials are prohibited for safety reasons.
    • Marriages & Events: While we're happy to offer accommodation, the guesthouse is not intended for celebrations. Marriages, functions, events, parties, or other rituals are prohibited within the rooms or premises.
    • Photography & Videography: To preserve the privacy and sanctity of the space, photography and videography within the guesthouse premises are not allowed.
    • Cooking: Due to safety regulations and limited facilities, cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.

Essentials:

    • AC Rooms: Blankets are provided only for AC rooms. Please inquire at the reception if needed.
    • Bathroom Amenities: For your convenience, towels and soap are not provided in the rooms. Feel free to bring your own or purchase them at the nearby store.

Additional Information:

    • Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed within the guest house.
    • Room Service: Currently, room service is not available. We appreciate your understanding.
